2. Quali dati trattiamo

Dati di studio: risposte date, statistiche, domande segnate, date di attività, obiettivo d'esame, lingua e tema scelti. Sono salvati solo sul tuo dispositivo e non vengono inviati a nostri server.
ID utente (formato PPL-XXXX-XXXX): un codice casuale generato sul dispositivo, che serve solo a riconoscere le tue richieste di assistenza.
Account (facoltativo): se accedi con Apple riceviamo da Apple un identificativo dell'account e, solo se scegli di condividerli, il nome e un indirizzo email (che può essere un indirizzo anonimo di inoltro di Apple). Questi dati restano sul dispositivo. Puoi usare l'app anche senza account. Quando elimini l'account, per revocare l'accesso con Apple l'app invia un codice di autorizzazione monouso a un nostro servizio, che lo usa solo per chiedere ad Apple la revoca e non conserva nulla.
Segnalazioni sulle domande: quando segnali un problema su una domanda, la segnalazione (i problemi scelti, il testo che hai scritto, l'ID utente, la domanda interessata, l'inizio del testo mostrato e la lingua dell'app) viene inviata al nostro servizio di raccolta delle segnalazioni. L'indirizzo IP non viene conservato: ne teniamo solo un'impronta non reversibile, usata per limitare gli invii ripetuti. Conserviamo le segnalazioni per il tempo necessario a verificare e correggere le domande [PERIODO DA CONFERMARE]. Se il servizio non è raggiungibile puoi inviare la segnalazione via email.
Domande d'esame che ricordi: se scegli di inviarle, riceviamo la materia, il testo che scrivi (domanda, risposta e opzioni come le ricordi), il mese dell'esame se l'hai impostato, l'ID utente e la lingua dell'app. Passano dallo stesso servizio delle segnalazioni, con le stesse regole (IP non conservato, solo un'impronta per limitare gli invii). Le usiamo per verificare e migliorare le domande dell'app, sempre riformulate.
Messaggi al supporto: quando scrivi al supporto, si apre la tua app di posta con un'email che contiene il testo che hai scritto, l'ID utente, la lingua dell'app e il modello e la versione del dispositivo. Riceviamo questi dati solo se decidi di inviare l'email.
Acquisti: gli abbonamenti sono gestiti da Apple tramite l'App Store. Non riceviamo né conserviamo i tuoi dati di pagamento.

L'app non contiene pubblicità, non usa strumenti di tracciamento o di analisi di terze parti e non vende dati a nessuno.

3. Finalità e basi giuridiche

Fornire il servizio di studio e l'abbonamento: esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Rispondere alle richieste di assistenza e correggere gli errori segnalati: esecuzione del contratto e legittimo interesse a migliorare i contenuti (art. 6.1.b e 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Conservazione

I dati sul dispositivo restano finché non elimini l'account dall'app o disinstalli l'app. Le email di assistenza sono conservate per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e comunque non oltre [NUMERO] mesi.

5. Destinatari

Apple Inc. tratta i dati degli acquisti e dell'accesso con Apple secondo la propria informativa. Il fornitore del servizio di posta elettronica del titolare tratta le email di assistenza. Il servizio di revoca dell'accesso con Apple è ospitato da [FORNITORE, es. Cloudflare], che tratta il codice di autorizzazione solo per il tempo della richiesta. 6. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità dei dati e opporti al trattamento scrivendo a supporto@pilotando.app. Hai diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Eliminare l'account e i dati

Nell'app: Profilo → Dati → Elimina account. Vengono cancellati account, progressi, statistiche e segnalazioni salvati sul dispositivo; se hai usato l'accesso con Apple, dopo la tua conferma viene revocato anche l'accesso dell'app al tuo ID Apple. Puoi interromperlo in ogni momento anche da Impostazioni → [il tuo nome] → Accedi con Apple. L'eventuale abbonamento non viene annullato automaticamente: si disdice dalle impostazioni dell'App Store.

8. Minori

L'app non è destinata a minori di 14 anni.

2. What data we process

Study data: answers, statistics, flagged questions, activity dates, exam goal, chosen language and theme. They are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.
User ID (format PPL-XXXX-XXXX): a random code generated on the device, used only to identify your support requests.
Account (optional): if you sign in with Apple, we receive from Apple an account identifier and, only if you choose to share them, your name and an email address (which may be an anonymous Apple relay address). This data stays on the device. You can use the app without an account. When you delete your account, to revoke Sign in with Apple the app sends a single-use authorization code to our service, which uses it only to ask Apple for the revocation and stores nothing.
Question reports: when you report a problem with a question, the report (the problems you selected, the text you wrote, your user ID, the question concerned, the beginning of the text shown and the app language) is sent to our report collection service. Your IP address is not stored: we only keep an irreversible fingerprint of it, used to limit repeated submissions. We keep reports for as long as needed to check and correct the questions [PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED]. If the service cannot be reached, you can send the report by email.
Exam questions you remember: if you choose to send them, we receive the subject, the text you write (question, answer and options as you remember them), the exam month if you set it, your user ID and the app language. They go through the same service as reports, under the same rules (IP not stored, only a fingerprint to limit submissions). We use them to check and improve the app's questions, always rewritten.
Support messages: when you write to support, your mail app opens with an email containing the text you wrote, your user ID, the app language and your device model and version. We receive this data only if you decide to send the email.
Purchases: subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.

The app contains no advertising, uses no third-party tracking or analytics tools and does not sell data to anyone.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the study service and the subscription: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Answering support requests and correcting reported errors: performance of a contract and legitimate interest in improving the content (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Data on the device is kept until you delete your account in the app or uninstall the app. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than [NUMBER] months.

5. Recipients

Apple Inc. processes purchase and Sign in with Apple data under its own privacy policy. The controller's email provider processes support emails. The Sign in with Apple revocation service is hosted by [PROVIDER, e.g. Cloudflare], which processes the authorization code only for the duration of the request. The report collection service is hosted by [PROVIDER, e.g. Cloudflare]. [LIST ANY OTHER PROVIDERS, e.g. web page hosting.]

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing by writing to supporto@pilotando.app. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Deleting your account and data

In the app: Profile → Data → Delete account. This deletes the account, progress, statistics and reports stored on the device; if you used Sign in with Apple, after your confirmation the app's access to your Apple ID is revoked too. You can also stop it at any time from Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple. Any subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it from your App Store settings.

8. Children

The app is not intended for children under 14.

9. Changes

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page with the date of the update.
